 It is our pleasure to instruct your children, and share the wonderful sport of gymnastics with them.  We believe that gymnastics teaches children to value and enjoy physical fitness, and also instills ideals such as hard work, perseverance, and discipline.  These ideals are reinforced and rewarded by the great feeling of excitement, joy, and accomplishment that accompanies performing gymnastics skills successfully.  Even the most basic of gymnastics elements fills the heart with these emotions.  We believe it is our responsibility to help every child in our program receive the maximum overall benefit from our sport, both physically and mentally.
 
The North Stars Gymnastic Training Center in Berlin is one of the largest in Vermont.  Our 7200 sq. ft. air conditioned facility is filled with the finest equipment to ensure fun, safe and successful skill acquisition for students of all ages and abilities.  There is a large observation area and an enclosed playroom helps keep waiting youngsters occupied.  We are proud to offer programs for kids 2 - 18 years old.
